Extremely pricey for what it offers. I paid $181 per night / solo. With $100 deposit.

The food from lunch / dinner . Personal at the entry of the hotel , security guard from the gates . Mattress . Internet connection.

The receptionist from the 22nd morning . Very condescending . The noise from the street is to much , you cannot really enjoy a relaxing day by the pool or Lin caha / dinner by the terrace. Breakfast is made only for locals / international guests don’t have choices - except the fruits with the staff puts them in your plate - and they put one or two pieces only.

Clean spacious rooms TIPS FOR OTHER TRAVELLERS Always pay everywhere in JMD, many business overcharge by 30% if you pay bill in USD. So calculate your exchange rates. Download InDrive app to book local taxis with red number plates. Tourist price for transfer from the airport to the hotel is $20 / $25 for 3 min drive (if traffic is not bad) but you could try and get a local one on the app for 1000JMD ($6.5) Also, recommend https://www.reggaetoursjamaica.com/ for longer distance transfers and for taxi you can probably book cheaper transfer via booking.com

1. You aren't allowed second portions at breakfast even though there was plenty of food left over for other guests 2. Limited shuttle times 3. Expensive taxi service 4. Dinner service was pretty slow and chef decided he won't have time to cook our meal even though order was placed about 9.30pm 5. There was no hot water one morning but that was issue with national water supply

Staff are friendly and helpful and the property is clean and tidy also view from restaurant of the ocean is beautiful I

Property location is really good if you’re going into town often for business also only guests are allowed on compound which gives a sense of safety . Property is clean and tidy at all times.

I didn’t like the bed . They just fall short of comfort. Beds could do with mattress toppers and some blankets and better pillows. But the rooms looks lovely and clean . Also some coffee would have been nice.

Overall - a pleasant stay after the first few days.

The staff were friendly, I liked the daily breakfast and the pool although the water was a bit cold. location was close to airport.

I thought it would be easy walking distance to the hip strip and Drs cave beach - but it is better to take a taxi or the shuttle there. It was misleading in the booking.com advertisement as it is not right on the strip. I also had a situation on Tuesday November 28 in trying to get a taxi to an important family event at Reading Reef club. The hotel staff was not very accommodating and she was rude and charged me $30 to go a few miles...knowing I was running late. She did not trust me to give the money directly to the taxi driver. It is too challenging to get a taxi there, and we get overcharged - and the hotel shuttles do not run daily. Thankfully my cousin lives close by and was able to help me out on certain days.

Wonderful

The room looks better than expected. Spacious and clean. The bathroom had the best shower. View of the ocean was amazing.

Noise from trucks on the street. Curtains didn't have light filtering, so it made it difficult to sleep beyond 7am.

The close proximity to the airport was appealing. Breakfast was good. Restaurant spacious. Bed was comfortable and general cleanliness was above average.

1.The lighted number on thr AC was directly across from bed. This affected sleep. 2.Operating the Television and the bathroom shower was time consuming.

I was there for a wedding and the property is beautifully decorated.

Breakfast was amazing, the views of the ocean whilst eating made it even better.

That the shower had issues to drain the water the very first night I stayed. Came to find out the shower was clogged from body hair and more debris.

Really modern and clean hotel - I enjoyed my stay

The location of the hotel was what i wanted so near to the airport but it was also quiet away from the main road. I was really surprised how clean and modern the hotel was. I did have a problem with one of the window lock broken but fortunately they had an another room available that they moved me into in a very quick space of time. The staff were very friendly and they also had a shuttle service to the airport which was quite handy.

The breakfast was great but they didn't have any cereal on offer.

A good-value new, clean hotel just a few minute drive from the airport, beach and restaurants.

Marsha on the front desk was lovely and when on duty took care of our needs during our stay. There is a free hotel shuttle going to and from the airport about four times a day and to the beach and back once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Everything felt new and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast catered very well for Jamaicans with offerings such as ackee and salt fish which I was told was excellent, but there was an extremely limited menu for others like myself. The airport is a three minute drive away and the driver of the shuttle would have been happy to take us as he was just hanging around but the hotel would not let him as they said he had to stick rigidly to the times on the schedule printed in the lobby. We needed to go in between those times and it would have been less than a 10 minute round trip for him. They were totally inflexible for no reason which was disappointing and mean!

A one night stay was very comfortable clean establishment, free parking dining room on premises. Great breakfast.

The staff was very accommodating and polite. The view from the front of the property was very nice .
