Breakfast was amazing, the views of the ocean whilst eating made it even better.

That the shower had issues to drain the water the very first night I stayed. Came to find out the shower was clogged from body hair and more debris.

1. You aren't allowed second portions at breakfast even though there was plenty of food left over for other guests 2. Limited shuttle times 3. Expensive taxi service 4. Dinner service was pretty slow and chef decided he won't have time to cook our meal even though order was placed about 9.30pm 5. There was no hot water one morning but that was issue with national water supply

The location of the hotel was what i wanted so near to the airport but it was also quiet away from the main road. I was really surprised how clean and modern the hotel was. I did have a problem with one of the window lock broken but fortunately they had an another room available that they moved me into in a very quick space of time. The staff were very friendly and they also had a shuttle service to the airport which was quite handy.

The breakfast was great but they didn't have any cereal on offer.

The staff were friendly, I liked the daily breakfast and the pool although the water was a bit cold. location was close to airport.

I thought it would be easy walking distance to the hip strip and Drs cave beach - but it is better to take a taxi or the shuttle there. It was misleading in the booking.com advertisement as it is not right on the strip. I also had a situation on Tuesday November 28 in trying to get a taxi to an important family event at Reading Reef club. The hotel staff was not very accommodating and she was rude and charged me $30 to go a few miles...knowing I was running late. She did not trust me to give the money directly to the taxi driver. It is too challenging to get a taxi there, and we get overcharged - and the hotel shuttles do not run daily. Thankfully my cousin lives close by and was able to help me out on certain days.

Breakfast was great our server miss Jackson was friendly and informative about the property.

No Netflix need to look into that please

The food from lunch / dinner . Personal at the entry of the hotel , security guard from the gates . Mattress . Internet connection.

The receptionist from the 22nd morning . Very condescending . The noise from the street is to much , you cannot really enjoy a relaxing day by the pool or Lin caha / dinner by the terrace. Breakfast is made only for locals / international guests don’t have choices - except the fruits with the staff puts them in your plate - and they put one or two pieces only.

Marsha on the front desk was lovely and when on duty took care of our needs during our stay. There is a free hotel shuttle going to and from the airport about four times a day and to the beach and back once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Everything felt new and extremely clean.  The bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast catered very well for Jamaicans with offerings such as ackee and salt fish which I was told was excellent, but there was an extremely limited menu for others like myself. The airport is a three minute drive away and the driver of the shuttle would have been happy to take us as he was just hanging around but the hotel would not let him as they said he had to stick rigidly to the times on the schedule printed in the lobby.  We needed to go in between those times and it would have been less than a 10 minute round trip for him. They were totally inflexible for no reason which was disappointing and mean! 

The staff was very accommodating and polite. The view from the front of the property was very nice .

The staff are the best! It’s really clean, but the pictures made the room seemed more luxurious. But the pool and restaurant area is beautiful .

The breakfast was good for a few days. I didn’t like that food for lunch and dinner are not made fresh and also you couldn’t order what you wanted to be made fresh. Also, the shuttle should ran every hour to accommodate guest needs.

Quiet location but close to the beach and amenities. The room was comfortable although basic in comforts and amenities

The only breakfast was Jamaican which for Europeans was like having evening dinner for breakfast. The breakfast staff were miserable and regimental measuring all portions of food and drinks. We left the to take breakfast outside.

The hotel was too dead no music .I think because of where it's located with nothing around the immediate area the hotel could do more to entertain the guests on the grounds.

It was like a hidden getaway. The facilities were much nicer than I expected for the price and the staff was very accommodating and generally pleasant.

The shower doesn't close so the bathroom floor gets wet whenever you shower. The extra parking at night can feel a bit lonely but it is very secure. If you're someone who worries try to park on the property instead.

Liked the coziness of the rooms, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and nicely laid out. Very good water pressure. Excellent overall experience. Michael, the bell man was friendly and helpful.

Some rooms were a little too tight. Having been here twice the room with the King size bed was a little tight kept hitting my foot on the bed. The fridge didn't seem to be cooling. The internet was horribly choppy all the movies kept pausing. The food at the restaurant was on the pricier side, for lunch and dinner, expect to pay US$66 and up, on an average meal for two including drinks. Didn't like that the best view for our money was the dumpster across the street.

This hotel had a good appearance, was clean and had friendly staff however there were some key concerns that would deter me from staying there again. The bathroom shower has no built in or added ledges to place soap or toiletries when bathing, which meant we had to place all my items on the floor which was uncomfortable. The bathroom door would also not close all the way which was inconvenient for privacy. On our first night there was a lizard in our room, I would attribute that to the doors having a slight gap at the bottom. The hotel is also located at the top of a hill which makes transportation costly to get down to the hip strip area and beach as it adds up. The cost set by the hotel to call a taxi is also unreasonable considering the distance from the hotel. We would have walked but the roads were very narrow and windy. I would advise using a local ride share instead. Other than those concerns our stay was okay and the breakfast was good.
